Dear Ridgewood Families,

Welcome to a new year at Ridgewood--a.k.a “The Ridge”. We cannot wait to welcome, love and teach your students. I am beginning my 22nd year in education and my 13th as an administrator. We are all learning together this year as we prepare to continue to make Ridgewood even better. Our goal is to do whatever it takes to create meaningful learning and experiences for your children that will help them in every area--academically, socially and emotionally.

Ridgewood will continue to implement a focus on creating a positive culture with a high standard of academic excellence. We want to have educators who are enthusiastic about teaching and learning, happy families that participate in their child's education, know that their child is safe, and feel welcomed here, and high-performing students that know they are loved and supported. At Ridgewood, you will see that we are willing to go the extra mile to make you and your children feel supported by our teachers and staff.

Above all, we seek to have a culture of kindness and grace in everything we do. From the moment you step into our building, you will know that you are always welcome here.

Our theme for 2025-26 is “Giddy Up!”. Last year was a new adventure with opening our beautiful campus, and now it’s time to “Giddy Up” as we charge forward with energy, purpose and heart. I am truly grateful for each of our Ridgewood families and look forward to serving you this year.
