Hi everyone!

My name is Makenzie Scott, better known as "Nurse Mak" here at Ridgewood. I’ve been a nurse since 2012. Most of my experience comes from the emergency room, along with a few years in outpatient surgery. I’m also a proud parent of three Frenship Tigers here at Ridgewood. I’m so excited to "giddy up" into my second year at Ridgewood. 

For students who require medication at school, I’ve included links to those forms. Please have your child’s physician complete the form and bring all medications in their original packaging. Over-the-counter medications cannot be administered without a signed form on file. I have also attached several other medical forms if those pertain to your student.
