At Ridgewood, we have voice level expectations so that everyone can listen, learn, and be heard. Using the right voice level helps our classrooms and hallways stay safe, calm, and respectful.
0 – Silent: No talking. Super quiet time.
1 – Whisper: Secret voices, only your partner can hear.
2 – Table Talk: Chatting with your group, but not too loud.
3 – Presenter: Loud and clear so the whole class can hear.
4 – Outside Voice: Big voices for recess and the playground.
5 – Emergency: The loudest voice—only for when you really need help.
When we all use the right voice at the right time, everyone can listen, share, and feel good at school.
Our Future Stars showed us how it’s done! Way to go Haroon, Briston, Landrye, and Caslan
